We spent months rebuilding our bridge security. Here’s what actually changed.

RougeChain’s current bridge is live and usable for XRGE, qETH and qUSDC.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been building the next XRGE bridge architecture around post-quantum authorization using ML-DSA-65.

So far we’ve:

• hardened the existing production bridge
• rebuilt withdrawal and replay protections
• added cryptographically verified finality
• built post-quantum root signing and authority rotation
• tested the full V3 flow on a real OP-stack devnet
• produced reproducible contract builds and a frozen audit candidate

The important part: we didn’t shut down the existing chain while doing any of this.

V3 isn’t live yet. We’re finishing the final rehearsal and rollout steps before activation.
